Conflict Resolution and/or Permits

Most of our pemit facilitation work has been on Act 250 permits and zoning permits, but we have worked on Air Quality, Wastewater and Stormwater Discharge Permits and other permits. We also coordinate information to make sure that each person on the design team and each public official and public organization receives the proper information in a timely manner.

We produce:

• Determine jurisdictional thresholds
• Identify program, environmental and legal limitations,
• Develop plans of action that will most closely meet the needs of everyone involved.
• Environmental impact statements
• Social impact statements
• Coordinate information
• Present the information at meetings and hearings.
• Check permit compliance
• Provide "Tickle File" for compliance sequence.

We can help with projects that are stalled somewhere in the regulatory process. We are glad to accommodate our clients in these situations, but we prefer to review a project and site prior to the actual purchase of a property for a particular project.
