Noted experimental filmmaker Maya Deren ("Meshes of the Afternoon") directs her last completed short. Dancers are shown in photographic negatives as they perform some ballet moves against the background of the night's starry sky. The music is conducted by the Metropolitan Opera's Anthony Tudor and consists of a small ensemble of woodwind and percussion. It's all very arty and enjoyable.
