A dumb crime drama/comedy listlessly directed by the untalented Spiro Razatos ("Maniac Cop 2"/"Class of 1999 II: The Substitute "), who afterwards gained success as a Hollywood stuntman. The dud was released as a direct-to-video movie. The writer James Dixon saddles the screenplay with a ridiculous plot.

Sam Potts (Leo Rossi) is a bank robber. His teen son Nelson (Corey Haim) is a gang member, along with the kid's girlfriend Lilly (Cynthia Rothrock) and dad's twisted comical pal Tony (Ken Lerner). They work the rural mountain areas of Utah and Colorado. After a spat, the girlfriend, Lilly (Cynthia Rothrock), a kick-boxer, is abandoned. Tony also leaves the gang. As revenge, Lilli betrays the father and son bank robbers by ratting them out to the cops while they are on another job. The kid escapes and meets up with a lady from dad's past, Lorraine (Marcia Strassman), who has a dark secret to reveal to the kid. Thereafter the lady and the kid scheme to get his dad out of jail.

This disposable creepy action comedy might be only worth seeing for the fans of the late Corey Haim, who died from a drug overdose.
