Director James Winburn ("The Death Merchant") works from a ridiculous script by Brent V. Friedman, John Geilfuss and Scott Rose. The result is a bad film.

Reed Weller (William Smith) is a Satanist in the small-town of Red Rock, whose crimes are covered-up by the immoral sheriff (Robert Z'Dar). Reed's dressed in black clothes and Chinese slippers. His assistant, the Collector (Pepper Martin), wears mirror sunglasses and a stocking cap. The assistant is ordered to get him 103 children victims for human sacrifices to Satan, ones who are not from town. The last one must be a virgin. This task goes on for 30 years, until the Collector is shot dead in a hunting accident.

The story can't be taken seriously. But it might amuse the viewer who can laugh at such crap.
