Mark Byers ("Tunnels"/"Diggin' Up Business"/"Race, Religion and Racism") directs this weird crime film. Dan Yost writes the screenplay.

When a rat emerges in the toilet of newspaper building where Pam Weiss (Catherine Bach) and Sharon Fields (Charlene Dallas)  work, the ladies, an investigative reporter and a photographer respectively, track it down a tunnel in the basement that leads into the city's sewer system. Whar ensues is a wild story of a greedy criminal real-estate developer killing homeless people so his properties would become more valuable.

Vic Tayback is the rat exterminator who looks perplexed when the giant rat promised is a no show..
