Ski Shares for the 2004-2005 Ski Season

Half shares are $950 including and Quarter Shares are $675 including all utilities, plowing, and garbage service.  Midweek usage is available by reservation with a $10/night palor charge per person.  Guests can be accomidated by advanced reservation at $50/night.  Other rental options are available (i.e. discounts for taking a block of rooms etc.)

About the house:
The season runs from start of the lifts at Mount Snow to the close of the lifts, excluding New Years and Presidents Day weekends.   The house is a four bedroom A-Frame with two full baths and can sleep 8 people comfortably.  There is an outside six person jacuzzi. The property is a wooded private lot within view of Mount Snow Ski Resort one half mile away. LOCATION! You are close to it all, Walk to the Silo Restaurant, Dover Bar & Grill, and the Perfect Cup bagel shop.  Public transportation is available to the mountain and Williminton via the MOOVER!  One half mile to the Deacon's Den & Snow Barn night clubs.  The house ammendities and utilities include Cable TV, Modern CD Stereo, VCR. Large Deck, Gas grill, plowing and cleaning service. The kitchen area has all cooking utensils, Living room has gas fireplace, basement is finished with a second TV & Washer/Dryer.  Both bathrooms have hair dryers and all bedrooms have alarm clocks.

To keep the house fun for everyone, there is no smoking in the house.  Everyone is asked to avoid sleeping in the common areas (usually due to passing out!) so everyone can share these areas.
