Life in this world stsirs up a flood of tension and anxiety in each of us. Our bodies and souls carry that tensnion... until we find a quiet place,

where the sounds of a gentle brook calm us,

and we slow down and deepen our breathing,

and we release every muscle,

and place every tought and emotion into the hands of God..

and we learn to relax...

and we learn to float into the presences of God!

Our yoga time each week begins with a timoe to share and a medication led by someone in th group.

Then Marsh leads us in yoga-prayer,

done either in a chair or a simple standing position.

We want everyone tobe able to participate.

Participants experience peace, the presence of God, increaded flexibility, better health, and the joy of beingin a caring community!

Come join us any Thursday from 10:30 to 12 noon!
