In 2002, Judy Rickard, a student of Dr. Gary A. Klee's Gardens, Culture and Environment course

in the Environmental Studies Department

at San José State University

began a study of the Biblical Garden in San Francisco.

This is the original plan above.

Judy's studies developed into an 85 page book filled with tons of great photos and text.

We'll just give you a taste of her work here-

some fruits of the Biblical Garden: pomegranates, grapes, figs, and apricots!
