HOT CHOCOLATE
Break each square into 4 pieces and place in cup:
4 squares (40g) Lindt Excellence 85% chocolate
Add:
1 cup milk
Microwave two minutes, let stand one minute.
Mix chocolate in well with a small whisk.
Foam hot chocolate by twirling the whisk between your palms.
