Two entrances lead to the main house - the breezeway entrance and a front door that opens into the living room area.

The living room/dining room area is 32 ft. x 14 ft. The large picture windows fill the entire northeast wall of the living room allowing a spectacular view of Pinnacle Mountain in Canada.

From the dining area, sliding glass doors lead to the 11 ft. x 15 ft. deck and the beautiful backyard.

Our 10 ft. x 15 ft. kitchen was designed for convenience. It features an appliance cabinet, 4 carousel cabinets, a pantry area with pull-out shelves, a storage cabinet with pullout shelves for pots and pans and a cabinet for mops and brooms. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for four. Countertops are formica.

The main portion of the house features 2 14 ft. x 10 ft. bedrooms and 1 3/4 bathrooms.

A 14 foot hallway connects the breezeway to the living area and has extra wide steps leading to the large unfinished basement.

Equip./Appliances included are: refrigerator,gas stove, dishwasher, new microwave,washer, gas dryer, garden roto tiller, garden cart, assorted lawn and garden tools.
Amenities include: cathedral ceilings,ceiling fans, decks, patio, custom kitchen cabinets, gas fireplace, whirlpool tub, outdoor stone fireplace.
