NEW Winter Specials-Canadian At Par

Most of you know that between Jan 1 and April 30 we have traditionally run a 50% off spring special for weekday stays (Sun-Thu of at least two nights) as well as a Canadian currency special discount of 20%. Because of unusual circumstances we are sweetening the pot a little bit.
1) For the month of April we are offering Canadians a full CANADIAN AT PAR discount regardless of the day and regardless of the length of stay. This applies only to reservations made directly with us through our web site ( or by phone. If paying with either American cash or credit card, we’ll make the appropriate adjustment.

2) We are extending the midweek special and the original Canadian discount of 20% through May 31, 2017
Obviously for any of these specials  you can choose either one but not both.
TO OUR CANADIAN FRIENDS You have heard of border issues now that there is ( gulp ) a new administration.  Like most things,  it is the exception and the extreme which makes the news.  Thousands upon thousands of Canadians cross the border every day with not the slightest of delay. So, not to worry. See you soon.

"Springing in the Snow !"

During the winter storm of March 15, 2017 Elmo and Grover were delighted with the 36 inches of snow that fell that day.

It's Elmo here and I think Grover has added that he is in full agreement with our take on winter storms.  We know that kids LOVE snow days, and dogs are just furry kids. Grover and I never know what to expect when Mom opens the door early in the morning to do our business. We hate rain and wind, and Mom better have our kiddy pool filled in the summer.
Imagine our delight...when we ran out to 3 feet of snow!! Springer heaven! Grover and I leapt like gazelles, burying our faces in that powdery wonder.

Mom and Dad grumbled and complained and were pretty well housebound for the day. What's the big deal! Dad, just get those dog toys, lighten up and come and play! Bury your head in the snow with us and we'll show you how to spring in the snow like a springer does. DON'T BELIEVE ME CLICK HERE! SEE OUR VIDEO
